A Fun Fall Wedding at The Inn on the Lake, Canandaigua, NY | Joey and Becky
Joey and Becky are married! These guys are two of my closest friends. and I'm so happy that they are finally husband and wife! They tied the knot at the beautiful Inn on the Lake overlooking Canandaigua Lake. The forecast was looking pretty iffy, and it actually rained during my entire drive from Rochester to Canandaigua, but amazingly it stopped as I arrived at the venue. They were able to have their outdoor ceremony and get all of their photos done without needing any umbrellas :)
I have spent countless hours with Joey playing World Cup soccer and Kan Jam in his backyard, so it made sense that he would find a way to incorporate lawn games into his wedding day :) The boys' pre-wedding activities consisted of playing cornhole and drinking Blue Light right next to the ceremony site.
The ladies hung out in a nearby hotel room, where they could watch the cornhole games from up above, but Becky could stay hidden :)
Her dress was absolutely beautiful!!
I'm a sucker for emotional parents :) Cherie I love this picture of you!!
I also love adorable ring bearers and flower girls :)
Oh Joe, this face is priceless.
Our friend Matt officiated their short and sweet ceremony.
Best group of groomsmen ever? I think so. I went to high school with half of these guys, so they totally tolerated my requests for goofiness :)
But these epic poses they actually came up with on their own. I'll take no credit for them haha.
I just loved these bridesmaid dresses and flowers! Such a unique color combination that looks great together. I'm all about the bright colors!
I just love how their bride and groom portraits came out! Becky was totally photogenic as always, and Joey hardly made any of his usual funny faces or complaints about getting his photo taken :)
After photos were done, it was time to party!
Total goofballs. I love it.
The toasts were so great. I've got a million shots of Joey, Becky, and their guests laughing through all of them!
Joey's grandparents won the anniversary dance. His grandfather was pretty pumped about it :)
There were so many desserts! Cake, donuts, cupcakes, cookies.... pretty much everything you could think of!
I knew these two wouldn't let me down when it came to the cake cutting :) Cake smashing is much more fun than being nice about it.
Congratulations again Joey and Becky!
