DC Monuments Engagement Photography | Washington, DC | Kaelin and Parker

Oh my goodness, walking around the DC monuments for Kaelin and Parker’s engagement session was so much fun! These two kept each other laughing the entire time. I always love to get candid photos, and they made it super easy for me with how much they crack each other up!

And the story of how they first met/started dating is adorable. They had a grad class together at American University, but it wasn’t until the VERY LAST DAY of the semester that Parker got the courage to email Kaelin and ask her out for coffee. That first date ended up lasting for 4 HOURS! They definitely hit it off right from the beginning.

I’m probably a little biased since I’m a redhead too… but I just love Kaelin’s hair!

After spending time at the Reflecting Pool and the Lincoln Memorial, we made the trek over to the Jefferson Memorial and Tidal Basin!
