I’m so excited to share these sweet proposal photos for Carolina and Eli! Carolina had contacted me a couple months ago about photographing her proposal, and her plan fell into place just perfectly. She wanted to propose on their two-year anniversary, and thankfully my schedule aligned so we could make it happen! And while a rainy forecast caused us to make some last-minute time and location changes, we were able to meet up at Manassas Battlefield and pull it off before the storms rolled in.

Carolina told Eli that she had booked a family portrait session to get some photos with the kids (Sophie and Sebastian were in on it too!), so it was the perfect cover. Eli did not seeing this coming at all!

I had Carolina and Eli pose back-to-back for a photo, then gave Carolina the signal that now was the time! She spun around and got down on one knee just before Eli turned around.

And oh my gosh the kids were just so excited! They ran up right away for some big hugs.
