John had the perfect plan to propose to Brittany at Stone Tower Winery. He had just accepted a new job, and told Brittany that he “just needed a weekend away” before making the big change. So he booked a room for the two of them at the nearby Salamander Resort, and Brittany prepared for a weekend all about John and his need to relax hahaha! Little did she know he’d been making these elaborate plans for months!

They visited a few of the local wineries during their trip, and John booked a tasting tour at Stone Tower Winery. At the end of the tour, John took Brittany down to the lower patio (while I was hidden on the upper deck) and popped the question! And then of course the crowded winery erupted into cheers and applause!

John and Brittany had become friends with two other couples that were on the wine tour with them, and it was so fun that they got to share in the excitement together! These incredible new friends actually volunteered to watch John and Brittany’s things while we wandered the winery a bit for photos. So sweet!
