Reston, Virginia Post-Wedding Photos | Shelby and Justin (and Emma and Norman)

Shelby and Justin got married earlier this year in a small ceremony in their living room in Reston. Since they didn’t have formal photos taken that day, they threw their wedding outfits back on for this post-wedding session! And because both their dog and their cat were involved in their wedding day, they wanted to make sure we included them both in these photos too. So Emma came along for our walk, and we met up with Norman later on.

Justin and Shelby always walk the trails around the Walker Nature Center with Emma, so that’s where we started their session. I love how there was so much green everywhere!

Random fun fact: Shelby and Justin met while they were in grad school studying Geography. So it makes sense that they gravitated toward a photographer who was a Geography major too, right?! Love me some maps.

When you’re wearing a dress like this, you’ve got to do a little bit of twirling!

And we made a quick trip back to Shelby and Justin’s house because we had to get some pictures with Norman too! His face in this one kills me haha.
