A Rainy Wedding on a Family Farm in Northern Virginia | Teresa and Andrew
A little bit of rain can't ruin the best day of your life! The weather may not have been cooperative for Teresa and Andrew's big day, but everything else was absolutely perfect. They got married at Andrew's family's farm surrounded by all of their closest friends and family, and the weather did not dampen anyone's spirits. And these two are actually building their new home together on the property right across from where their wedding was! So fun that they have all these wonderful memories in the same place :)
Teresa and her family made all of the decorations themselves, and it came together so perfectly!
These personalized cups were such cute favors!
I love it when couples choose a cake-alternative for their dessert. S'mores are my favorite! They're a little bit messy so I'm always worried about something spilling on the bride's dress haha, but they're so delicious it's totally worth the risk :)
Awww, watching his lovely bride come down the aisle!
The rain didn't let up at all during daylight hours, but Teresa and Andrew didn't mind venturing outside of the tent to get their portraits done! We had a covered porch and a cute umbrella, so we were totally able to make it work while also keeping Teresa's hair dry :)
Cowboy boots are a must for a farm wedding!
This guy loved my giant umbrella hahaha.
The sibling love here is just too cute ❤
The toasts! My favorite! Mainly funny with a few emotional moments. Just the right ratio :)
Having activities for the kids at a wedding is always a great idea. When these girls weren't rocking out on the dance floor, they were at the coloring table :)
Teresa's mother came over to me at one point and said "oh make sure you get a photo of her with the wine bottle. That's so Teresa."
Don't worry Mom, I got plenty haha.
These are some of my favorite bouquet toss photos ever! Hey if you want that bouquet, you gotta be aggressive haha.
I think these ones were from a balloon-popping prank haha.
