Prince William Forest Park Engagement Session in Triangle, VA | Ginger and Joe

I knew we were in for a fun engagement session when this was the first photo I snapped :)  I told Ginger and Joe to just hike through Prince William Forest Park like they would any other day - this is what I got haha. 

It doesn't surprise me that on most days, Joe's theater background surfaces and hilarity ensues. Ginger was laughing through our entire session thanks to Joe's antics! You'll see Joe's sense of humor and Ginger's patience/tolerance appear in a few other photos from our shoot too haha. These two love hiking together, so it was perfect that we spent the afternoon enjoying the beautiful forest - the only thing missing was their dog Cody! It was a little too hot to bring him along that day, but I'm so glad they're planning to have him at the wedding so I'll get to meet him then :)

This gorgeous creek was our hiking destination! And we were there at the perfect time of day to get the golden hour light illuminating the trees.

Here comes Ginger's patience that I was talking about lol. This is totally something my husband would do so I can relate!

Then we got into the creek for a bit! The rocks were pretty slippery but thankfully none of us ended up underwater lol.

I'm pretty sure I asked Joe to give Ginger a kiss on the forehead. He opted for a lick lol.

I'm so excited for their wedding at Presqu'Isle later this year! (But let's be real, I'm even more excited to meet their dog haha.)
