Elopement at the National Cathedral | Washington, DC | Stephanie and Juan

Bride and groom dance in the garden next to the National Cathedral in Washington, DC

There’s nothing like a beautiful spring elopement at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC! Spring is my favorite time of year at the cathedral - the endless flowers in the Bishop’s Garden are the perfect backdrop for wedding photos. And there are so many great spots for pictures. I could spend hours there and still feel like I haven’t seen it all. We had such a nice day exploring the cathedral grounds and celebrating Stephanie and Juan!

I loved their choices for wedding outfits!

As someone who cannot walk in heels 😂, I was very impressed with Stephanie’s ability to navigate the National Cathedral’s uneven brick and stone pathways. She made it look easy!

This stone arch is one of my favorite spots at the National Cathedral. It’s the perfect frame for photos!

It was such a perfect day for an elopement!
