St. Francis Hall Wedding | Washington, DC | David and Kency

Wedding couple at the Franciscan Monastery at St. Francis Hall

After lots of COVID reschedules, David and Kency were finally able to have their wedding celebration at St. Francis Hall in DC! They ended up eloping in DC last year, but were of course still very excited to finally get their big day with family and friends that they had been planning for so long. Wedding Part 2 was in January, and they were very lucky to have some beautiful snow on the ground for their wedding day!

Kency had the most gorgeous gold wedding dress. I love it when brides choose something so unique!

Before all the guests arrived, we spent some time exploring the beautiful gardens next door at the Franciscan Monastery.

Of course the grounds are stunning during the warmer months too, but it was so magical with the snow everywhere!

The reception space at St. Francis Hall is absolutely incredible! With the tall ceilings and twinkle lights, it’s the perfect place to have a wedding.

Kency and David had a fun addition to their guestbook table - advocating for DC statehood! With the help of the League of Women Voters, guests were able to fill out postcards to petition for DC statehood.

There were some great toasts, and Kency’s dad joined via Zoom call!

And then it was time for dancing!

It was such a great day celebrating David and Kency at St. Francis Hall. Big thank you to all the vendors who made it possible!
